• Deposits

Reservations must be secured by a valid major credit card. A deposit of one night’s room charge plus tax is required at the time of reservation, i.e. a deposit of one night’s room plus tax will be secured for a 3-night reservation. The remaining balance plus tax will be charged upon arrival.

• Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of our check-in window will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of our check-in window will forfeit the deposit. Requests for cancellations must be made in writing (text or e-mail).

• Smoking Policy

There is no smoking in the Inn, but smoking is allowed around the fire pit.

• Pets

As much as we all love our pets, the Dogwood Inn does not have the facilities to accommodate guest’s pets.

• Age Requirements

All rooms have a maximum occupancy of two people and a minimum age of 21.

• Check-in & Check-out

Please be aware that check-in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am on the day of your departure.  A 12 p.m. early check-in or a late check-out of 1 p.m. are available for $50 each.  If you plan on arriving later than 8 p.m., please give us a call to coordinate your arrival. • Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for property damages and special cleaning charges resulting from negligence, carelessness or misuse of The Dogwood Inn’s property.
